Her sporting achievements from childhood to adult, include being a teenage high school athlete representing Team Great Britain in cross-country and represented her county in athletics. Her love of competitive sport continued and at the age of 43, Rachel was one of the first Over 35 women in UK body-building to win a Bikini-Fitness show.  Rachel competed on stage and won the trophy for "Bikini Model Champion 2013 TFE".
For over four years, Rachel put her mind and body through a gruelling gym training and diet challenge of 6 days workouts and a strict "eating clean" bikini model diet. During that time she graced the UK fitness stage in a total of 13 shows as a sponsored bikini athlete. She hung up her competing bikini in 2016 and retired from the sport.

"Life in plastic, is fantastic. I love looking like a real-life Barbie, and being recognised means I am part of the living pop-art culture".
"I am a performance artist and entertainer. I became my authentic self as a human doll. Being Barbie-like was at first my Alter-Ego and it became who I am. The real me. This is my reality. Now I tell people, it is okay to feel different. I always felt like a freak. Never fitted in. And now, my face and body is celebrated in the media. I was and am now authentic. My face and body is the blank canvas upon which I create art, the image of a living human doll. I have had ten years of face and body modifications to design and achieve the perfect image".
